This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Receptionist at Clarkston Legal, located in Waterford, MI. The Legal Receptionist will handle receptionist duties like managing incoming calls, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments. They will also assist in preparing legal documents, organizing client records, and supporting attorneys with communication and administrative needs. Exceptional phone etiquette and a professional demeanor are essential for maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Qualifications:

Some knowledge of law and experience with legal document preparation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in receptionist duties, including scheduling, managing calendar, follow up correspondence, and maintaining office organization.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle calls efficiently and courteously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus.

Salary Range: $45,000-$52,000
